Is This a Fit?
Know before you book a call.
This is a good fit when the organization has a small group of developing managers, a sponsor willing to participate, and time for managers to apply the work.
It is not a fit when the buyer wants a motivational talk only, expects training to fix an unresolved staffing or policy problem, needs a disciplinary investigation, or cannot provide time for participation.
How to Begin
Four steps to get started.
- A 30-minute fit conversation.
- A short written proposal with objectives, scope, fee, schedule, and responsibilities.
- Signed agreement and an agreed payment arrangement.
- Sponsor kickoff and participant onboarding.
Ready to Start the Conversation?
