02 — For Managers & Leaders
ARC Leadership Journey™
12 weeks to practice leadership differently.
The ARC Leadership Journey is a focused 12-week cohort experience for managers and leaders. Rather than spending two days consuming leadership content, participants develop leadership over time through practical application.
Learn→Practice→Reflect→Coach→Repeat
The 12 Weeks
Each week builds on the last.
Leadership Intent
Define the leader you intend to become.
Self-Awareness
Understand strengths, blind spots, triggers, and habits.
Listening
Listen to learn before attempting to solve.
Trust
Build credibility, empathy, consistency, and psychological safety.
Communication
Create clarity and communicate difficult truths.
Coaching
Ask better questions and develop people rather than simply providing answers.
Feedback
Give and receive feedback with courage and humility.
Accountability
Set expectations and address performance early.
Conflict
Use healthy disagreement to strengthen decisions and commitment.
Developing People
Know your people, advocate for them, and intentionally grow capability.
Shaping Culture
Understand how repeated leadership behaviors become culture.
Your Leadership Standard
Define the leader your team can expect you to be, and a plan to continue the work.
The Outcome
Your team should know what kind of leader you're trying to become.
Every leader who completes the Journey develops a Personal Leadership Standard — a one-page commitment answering questions like: Who do I choose to be as a leader? How will I listen? How will I handle mistakes? What will I never compromise?
We encourage leaders to share it with their teams — leadership development becomes more meaningful when the people you lead can see the commitment, and hold you accountable to it.
